The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Fire Extinguisher Inspection Services for Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Place of Performance: VA Medical Center (VAMC) Salem 1970 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, VA 24153 Period of Performance: The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period and the opportunity for 4 Option Years in accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561210 with a size standard of $41.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is H342. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about January 18, 2022 via Contract Opportunities website via https://www.sam.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunity website https://www.sam.gov without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following: SAM database at https://www.sam.gov.
