The Charles George Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, North Carolina 28805, has a requirement for a contractor to provide AIR BALANCE TESTING. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Monthly Isolation Room Air Balance Pressure Test and Room Air Changes. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to conduct critical air quality testing service for isolation/operating rooms for the Charles George VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC. This is a Presolicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about November 24, 2021. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 541330 - Engineering Services size standard of $16.5 Million.
