A further query of market capabilities revealed that Stryker does not offer training to any Third-party vendor and that Stryker only uses OEM parts for repairs and has exclusive use of certain proprietary tools for diagnostics and repairs. The use of such proprietary tooling includes the Bed and stretcher models queried under this announcement. A follow-on Notice of Intent to sole source will be issued today. No further responses relating to this announcement will be accepted by the Contracting Officer.
