The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Ventilation Systems Work. The contractor shall furnish labor, tools, materials, and equipment to test and certify ventilation systems and hoods to ensure full compliance with all prevailing regulatory standards surrounding these systems as listed below. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The contractor shall be responsible for securing all manufacturers information, data, procedures, and any other information necessary to conduct calibration. VA Directive s VA Design Guides ISO 14644-1 Other ISO Standards CAG-003-2006-11 CETA Certification Guide for Sterile Compounding Facilities USP 797 and 800 standards where applicable IEST-RP-CC006.3 Testing Cleanrooms National Environment Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Procedural Standards for the Certified Testing of Cleanrooms (3rd Edition-2009) Place of Performance: Fayetteville VA Hospital System including locations at: Main Hospital: 2300 Ramsey Street Fayetteville, NC 28301 Fayetteville Health Care Center: 7300 South Raeford Road Fayetteville, NC 28304 Wilmington Health Care Center: 1705 Gardner Road Wilmington, NC 28405. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be: Base Year: April 1, 2022- March 31, 2023.
