REPLACE WINDOWS VARIOUS BUILDINGS BASE BID: Work includes general construction, alterations, removing, demolition and new installation windows construction, alterations, and certain other items as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications sections for select window areas on buildings 110,110A,137A,146 and 114 as required by drawings and specifications at Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center. COMPLETION TIME: All work shall be completed within 275 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS CODE: 236220 Standard Size: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set- Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about September 9, 2022. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register on the www.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
