The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, Asheville NC, 28805, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price logical Follow-On Contract for Construction Period Services of an existing Renovate and Modernizing Imaging Suite located in the Asheville Medical Center in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market Research has determined that these highly specialized services are available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost an no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the logical follow-on contract by 25 May 2022 to Toland Mizell Molnar LLC., 590 Means Street NW Suite 200 Atlanta, Georgia 30318-0508, United States: Cage Code 6RASo. The acquisition is advisory and assistance services to serve as a technical advisor to the Government during the acquisition process and subsequent performance of an upcoming Construction Project in which this Firm was previously awarded and successfully completed the design for this upcoming project. This Contractor maintains full responsibility for their design to include any associated errors & omissions that stemmed from their design that was developed under the previous Contract 36C24618Q9634 awarded in 2018. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
