The Department of Veterans Affairs in Salem Virginia intends to solicitate for a requirement to perform asphalt patching. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to complete this project. Location of Performance: Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia 24153. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000 NAICS Code: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction SBA Size Standard: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside . Solicitation material will be available on/about Monday, JUNE 27, 2022. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Bids will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
