The work includes, but not limited to demolition, wall repair, skim coating/ plaster works, handrails/bumpers, and paint works. All trash and debris shall be removed from area in accordance with contract documents and all construction work is to be performed in accordance with local building code, specifications, and contract/ documents. NAICS CODE: 236220 Standard Size: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set- Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about May 31, 2022. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register on the www.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS.
