PRESOLICITATION FOR PROJECT #590-19-105 Replace Windows Various Bldgs. REPLACE WINDOWS VARIOUS BUILDINGS BASE BID: Work includes general construction, alterations, removing, demolition and new installation windows construction, alterations, and certain other items as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications sections for select window areas on buildings 110,110A,137A,146 and 114 as required by drawings and specifications at Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center. COMPLETION TIME: All work shall be completed within 275 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS CODE: 236220 Standard Size: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set- Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about June 23, 2022. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register on the www.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contract can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.
