The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for replacement of roofs on several of the facility s buildings, hazardous material remediation and all associated to perform work for Project# 590-18-121 Replace Roofs, Fascia Various Buildings. Location of Performance: Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23667. Magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 NAICS Code: 238160 Roofing Contractors SBA Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside . Solicitation material will be available on/about Monday, May 9, 2022. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Bids will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
