The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, Effective May 6, 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 05/28/2021 The project is located at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. The project s purpose is as follows: PURPOSE The purpose of this project is to construct a planned expansion on the South East Elevation of Building 1 and the existing site and includes the complete demolition of Building 8 and a 2 story expansion and renovation including a 4 story elevator and shaft, patient drop off canopies on the South and North building entries of the addition and site modifications. The total area of the expansion is approximately 24,800 GSF. The basement level will include the expansion of the Emergency Room Department to include Mental Health patient exam and treatment rooms, staff support areas and patient waiting area. The first-floor level will include patient sub waiting area, consult offices, additional staff support areas and an open office area.
