Contractor will provide pharmaceutical benefits management products and services to VA beneficiaries treated at community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) located in Virginia (Charlottesville CBOC, Emporia CBOC, Spotsylvania County VA Clinic, Fredericksburg Southpoint CBOC, Henrico CBOC) and Richmond VAMC as approved by the Pharmacy Chief. Requirement is for a base and three (3) option years. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
