This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking potential sources capable to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, parts, and supervision necessary to perform services for surveying and providing CAD schematic Diagram of Medical Gas Systems within the Medical Center and Community Living Center (CLC) Buildings at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. Provide a Capability Statement to include but not limited to, Provide supervision, labor, materials, and tools necessary to survey and trace out each Medical Gas System (oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical vacuum, medical air, compressed air, nitrogen, etc.) within the Medical Center and CLC buildings 71 & 73 from source supply equipment to patient/connection. Contractor is to locate and provide labeling on all piping, area alarms, sensors, switches, shutoff valves, zone valves, outlets, components, and determine areas of control throughout the system per NFPA. Provide CAD drawings within an overlay over existing floorplans and site plans identifying all piping to include sizes color coded, area alarms, sensors, switches, shutoff valves, zone valves, outlets, and components throughout the system per NFPA. Provide isolmetric CAD drawing identifying all piping to include sizes color coded, area alarms, sensors, switches, shutoff valves, zone valves, outlets, and components throughout the system per NFPA. Survey and drawing shall comply with applicable codes and guides to include but not limited to the VA master specifications, NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code, and The Joint Commission Requirements. To be completed 30 days after award. NAICS 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Size Standard $16.5 Million.
