The Contractor will also be... The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Walk Off/Step Off Mats Services. Services include providing and servicing mats. The Contractor will also be required to swap out and clean mats on a weekly basis. Services will be accomplished on Thursdays, 52 times per year. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) requires establishing a new multiple year (Base and four Option years) contract for the Walk-Off/Step-Off Mat Service The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 The Contractor will provide all transportation, tools, specialized equipment, personnel protective equipment, supervision and technical expertise to provide and deliver customized step-off mats to various locations on the main hospital campus. The Contractor will also be required to swap out and clean mats on a weekly basis. Place of Performance Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA. This requirement does not include Hampton VAMC s functions/activities located off the main campus. Period of Performance 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022 for the Base Year. Total Period of Performance, which includes Option Years, will be 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2026 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is NAICS code is 561740 (Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Services) and the size standard is $6 Million. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
