Page 3 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to Neofect USA, Inc. utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for a total interactive therapy system that guides patients through repetitive movements to strength their arm and hand.
