This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request. This notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667, is seeking potential sources capable to provide Pharmacy Benefit Management services. Applicable NAICS Code is 446110 with a size standard of $30.0 million. Classification code is Q517. Contractor will provide pharmaceutical products and services, in an established pharmacy to VA beneficiaries treated at the community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) located in Virginia (Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth) and North Carolina (Elizabeth City). Contractor will provide pharmaceutical benefits management of products and services including, but not limited to: medication profile review, screening for allergies, drug-drug interactions, dosage range, dosing intervals and patient instructions, labeling dispensing, and medication use counseling, to VA Beneficiaries.
