PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project 658-21-011 Asbestos Abatement Multiple Locations The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 658-21-011 Asbestos Abatement Multiple Locations project as required by accompanying specifications. This project outlines both the demolition and new work associated with the asbestos removable of Building 4, 8, 9, 11, 12, 75 and 77 Project 658-21-011 for the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC), 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia 24153. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
