The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to install a new work to include for the removal of existing equipment and associated piping and/or wiring. This project outline new work associated with Building 143. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code: 268220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Size Standard: $16.5 Mil This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 28, 2021. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposal will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
