PRESOLICITATION NOTICE  Renovate Building 2&3 Project 637-20-903  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville, NC has a requirement to completely prepare sites for the Homeless Program and the Veteran Transportation Service. Work shall include renovating existing buildings 2 & 3 on the Asheville campus. Existing buildings are two story, wood framed structures with basements, aluminum siding, plaster walls and ceilings, and hardwood floors. Building 2 is 2,100 s.f +/- and Building 3 is 2,415 s.f.+/-. All work shall be performed in accordance with project 637-20-903 Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings.  Magnitude of Construction: $250,000 to $500,000. NAICS CODE: 236220  Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard: $39.5 Million  This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about July 19, 2021. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this website. Proposal will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals.
