The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Beneficiary Ambulatory Services for Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the Beneficiary Ambulatory Services for the identified facility located at: VA Medical Center (VAMC) Durham 508 Fulton Street, Bldg. 15 Durham, NC 27705 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period with the opportunity for 1 additional Option Year in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 621910 with a size standard of $16.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is V225. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Keyasha.Williams@va.gov .
