The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, Hampton VA 23667, intends to negotiate a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract for PATHSTAND PathStand Stand-alone Gross Imaging System with G20 Camera and associated accessories required by Durham VA Medical Center. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)(B) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that these services are highly specialized are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of June 30, 2021 to Diagnostic Instruments, Inc. (DBA Spot Imaging), 6540 Burroughs Avenue, Sterling Heights, MI 48314. This is a Sole Source requirement to satisfy the minimum requirements of Durham VA Medical Center. The following items are required: PATHSTAND PathStand Stand-alone Gross Imaging System with G20 Camera and associated accessories. PSTANDSUB-C PathStand hardware with computer maintenance program PATHSUITE Subscription Single Seat This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
