The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Virginia VA Central Healthcare System (CVHCS) located in Richmond, Virginia has a requirement for Wheelchair Van transportation for Veterans living in Central Virginia and occasional trips to other CVHCS s outside of Central Virginia for special care and treatment not provided by this CVHCS. The services shall be provided twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to include Federal holidays.
