The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Beneficiary Travel Ambulance Services for Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to Travel Ambulance Services for the identified facilities located below (locations may change): VA Medical Center (VAMC) Salem 1970 Roanoke Blvd Salem, VA 24153 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period with the opportunity for 1 additional option year in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
