DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 Sources Sought 36C24621Q0450 General Requirement: The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to repair TPO roof and properly install (2) new panel patches @ on existing roof. Government will not provide any tools, parts, materials and equipment. This is a turn-key project with the vendor providing all necessary tools, parts, materials and equipment. Provide a 2-year workmanship warranty. More specific requirement description will be provided with the solicitation. Other Station Rules and Guidelines: All Contractors personnel, including subcontractors, shall be required to undergo a COVID-19 Screening. Each person is required to complete the Coronavirus Screening upon entering the facility and worksite thereof and/or while on the hospital campus.
