The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment & supervision necessary to provide maintenance for the equipment. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Place of Performance: The Elevator Maintenance Services will be to and from the following locations: 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 Dental department. Type of Set-Aside: No Set-aside unrestricted solicitation. The applicable NAICS is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 Employees. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
