We are seeking information for market research purposes and the Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research to find qualified manufactures and distributors, registered under NAICS code 339112; with size standard of 1,000 employees, capable of supplying a mobile chest compression System to the Richmond VAMC. This requirement will consist of the following: Brand name or equal: to LUCAS 3 chest compression system: FDA approved mobile Chest Compression System Battery Charger Rechargeable Battery Disposable Suction Cups Grip Tape Back Plate External Power Supply All interested parties shall respond, in writing via email to gordon.burns@va.gov no later than 19 February 2021 at 10AM EST . No telephone inquiries will be accepted. In response, please include the following: Company/individual name, Address, Point of contact with phone number Information describing your interest, Indicate FSS/GSA contract number or Open Market, as applicable FSS Category you qualify for Tax ID number DUNS number Capabilities statement Company Socio-Economic SIZE (example large, small, SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB etc.) This requirement may be subject to the non-manufacturer rule. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the large or small business manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at the System for Award Management (SAM) as a part of required registration in conjunction with FAR 4.1102(a) that states, Prospective contractors shall be registered in the (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. Therefore, due to time constraints, vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award.
