The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Floor Installation Services for Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide services for the installation of SeamTek Type 4 Flooring system over the existing floor at the Animal Research Facility located at: VA Medical Center (VAMC) Durham 508 Fulton Street, Bldg. 15 Durham, NC 27705 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
