PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This is a pre-solicitation notice for an RFQ 36C24621Q0049 that will be issued for a Solid Waste and Recyclable Removal Services. This is a solicitation for services for the Salem VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. A copy of the solicitation will be made available on Federal Contracting Opportunities (FCO) following this announcement.
