Period of performance: TBD Basic description of the requirement: GE Healthcare is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and developer of the AESPIRE 7900, AESTIVA 7900, AISYS CS2, AVANCE, AVANCE CS2, CARESATION 650 A1, COMPACT AIRWAY MODULE; ECAiO, E-SCAIO-00; RESPIRATORY MODULE. They are the sole authorized licenser of equipment/software and provider of maintenance and support. GE Healthcare will provide a full service agreement to include: OEM certified technicians, OEM parts, travel, labor, 24/7 telephone and remote diagnostic technician support, updates to the hardware and software in place as required, preventative maintenance and as needed repairs. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent.
