The subscription -based service is for hospital and health systems focusing on dose optimization and image quality in CT and fluoroscopy. $73,865.00 3. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: Landauer clinical dose optimization service modular program enhances the quality and safety of imaging operations. It is designed to fulfill state regulations, Joint Commission accreditation requirements, the American Association of Physicists in Medicine recommendations, in addition to providing state-of the art physics support. 4. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: Intent to sole source was posted on 9/28/2020 and no responses received. Acquisition history and Landauer has been made the award previously. VIP searched 9/28/2020 and no SDVOSB were found capable of being able to perform the service. 5. Contracting Officer's Certification: Purchase is approved in accordance with FAR13.106-1(b). I certify that the foregoing justification is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. A determination of fair and reasonable will be performance in accordance with the Far regulation.
