PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This Solicitation Notice announcement request for proposals qualified offerors interested and capable of providing On-Site Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nursing Services, with the ability to meet the requirements of this solicitation with this North American Classification System (NAICS) Code 621492 at the Charles George Asheville VA Medical Center located in Asheville NC. It has been determined that any (potential sources) shall provide properly trained and qualified Registered Nurses (RN s) appropriately licensed in the state of North Carolina capable of providing the above services must demonstrate their experience and knowledge of the required services and their capabilities to provide such services required to meet the following: the acceptable response time is contingent upon the urgency of the need as determined by the ordering physician: a) within two (2) hours of Emergent services; b) within four (4) hours for Immediate services; and c) within twelve (12) hours for chronic, routine hemodialysis treatments. Potential offerors shall be required to supply the following: Commercially available dialysis solutions ordered for hemodialysis Tubing Sets required for Contractor provided equipment One Dialyzer to be included in the per treatment fee All Filters required for Contractor provided equipment including Transducer Protectors & filters Fistula Needles Water Quality Analysis Supplies
