PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #590-602 Renovate and Expand Domiciliary General Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, and materials to Renovate and Expand the Domiciliary at the Hampton VA Medical Center. Estimated construction magnitude is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 NAICS CODE: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 10,2020. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 45 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
