The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Regional Procurement Office (RPO) East, is in the process of planning a requirement for Automatic Door Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services in support of the W.G. Bill Hefner Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144. The W.G. Bill Hefner VAMC is in need of an all-inclusive maintenance program & repair for all automatic sliding, swinging, and folding doors following the schedule below: PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (ALL DOORS) SCHEDULE Door Type December March June September ALL DOORS 1. The applicable NAICS Code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The VA is seeking written responses to assist with identifying potential sources that are interested in, and capable of, providing the services described.
