Page 2 of 2 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this Sources Sought to identify parties that have an interest and the resources to support this requirement. This requirement is for the software license and service for the government owned CensitTrac Surgical instrument Tracking System, the system OEM is Censis Technologies, Inc. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. ITEM: 0001- Software license for CensitTrac Surgical instrument Tracking System. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the requested services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of OEM authorization.
