Market Research is being conducted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide wired cable television and WIFI service for patient use at the Fayetteville NC. Health Care Clinic (HCC) located at 7300 South Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC 28304. The NAICS 515210 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $41.5 Million. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. The Contractor will provide all materials, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to provide wired cable television and WIFI service for patient use. The Contractor must be able to meet the following: Provide compatible connection with Spectrum Business, Charter Communications equipment for Cable TV and WIFI setup and access from the street to the buildings with uninterrupted services. Field Service Technicians (FSE) must have equipment training on the specific models located in the Fayetteville VA HCC and must have full and unfettered access to all service publications and diagnostic service software. Proof of experience and references must be provided if requested. Properly credentialed to install, repair and program service and installation Spectrum Cable television data services used in tertiary health care facilities. Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any service issue after the following occurs: (a) initial call is received for service or (b) detection by Contractor of any error or malfunction. Contractor must return calls for service within one (1) hour after received notification and report on site within six hours if requested and provided the service call is initiated within normal business hours of 8:00AM -5:00PM, M-F, excluding federal holidays. Repairs reported as damage abuse or operator error are excluded from the scope of this contract. Individual televisions are also excluded as they are property of the government.
