Good morning, The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, registered under NAICS code 339113, capable of providing the below Walkaway 40 Plus Mircoscan or an equivalent product: 1. 12 Months - Walkaway 40-plus reader/incubator includes: Processor with 40 panel capacity Turbidity meter, one-year warranty, 5-day/Business hours on-site support and staff training e-learning, no additional cost on-site installation, and RENOK off-site training for 2 operators. 2. 12 Months - LabPro Alert Module 3. 12 Months Business Hours Customer Service 4. 18 Units Inoculators 5. 12 Months Neg MIC 43 overnight MIC. 6. 4200 Units Overnight ID, Overnight MIC, Rapid Combo, Rapid ID, Synergies Plus 7. 75 Units Gram positive MIC Panels 8. 10 PG - MicroStrep 2 Panels 9. 20 PG MG 3% Lysed Horse Blood 10. 5 PG 3 ML Inoculum Saline All respondents shall indicate the following: Whether or not they are small business manufacturers of the products they wish to offer, or Whether or not they are distributors of a small business manufacturer. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. Do you plan on responding to a solicitation for this requirement with a Joint Venture utilizing multiple owned companies as majority or non-majority owner? Yes ___No ___ If yes, please identify which companies are considering a Joint Venture and the ownership of each company. Failure to provide the above information may result in the potential offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA s needs If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. If the contractor can provide the above product and services, please indicate in your response that the above requirements can be met and provide a brochure of its product. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
