Market Research is being conducted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone interests. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide the demolition and removal of the Spacesaver motorized movable shelving system located at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. The NAICS 238390 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $16.5 Million. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. The Contractor will provide all materials, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to provide the demolition and removal of the motorized movable shelving system located at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. The Contractor must be able to perform the following: Decommission Space Saver model number RG-PE, EC400, motorized movable shelving system. Complete demolition and removal of 2- stationary shelving ends 6-steel rail tracks Raised flooring 3-motorized movable shelving units All safeties and electrical components Demo electrical circuit back to the junction box The Dimensions are as followed: The travel distance between shelving is about 34-inches Overall length about 24-foot Floor to top of shelve about 8-foot Please provide supporting documentation of the above to determine proper capabilities.
