The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center has a need for Roof Inspection Services. The contractor shall provide services to the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center Durham North Carolina. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about June 10, 2020 via Contracting Opportunities formerly Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://beta.sam.gov/ The Government intends to award a base plus four option year, firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The anticipated base year performance period is 1 July, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The applicable NACIS code is 238160 with a size standard is $16.5 Million. The acquisition will be issued as a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at Contracting Opportunities formerly Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
