The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 508 Fulton Street in Durham, North Carolina requires a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Dental Laboratory Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement. BACKGROUND The contractor shall provide laboratory support including fixed prosthodontic laboratory work. VAMC Durham Dentists will provide legible dental service prescriptions. VAMC Durham Dentists will provide accurate impressions and bite registrations. If a prescription is not legible nor clearly understood, the contractor must contact VA’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to obtain a clear and legible prescription. Straumann parts are the major parts used for our implants and they come with a warranty.
