The Department of Veteran Affairs Salem, Virginia Medical Center has a need for Virtual Pharmacy Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and all other services necessary to provide virtual pharmacists services. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 5, 2020 via Contract Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://beta.sam.gov/ The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The anticipated performance period is April 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020 with four (4) option years. The applicable NAICS code is 621399 with a size standard is $8.0 Million. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the https://beta.sam.gov/ website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
