INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE BRAND NAME ONLY - VAMC RICHMOND, Richmond, Virginia intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of an Extended Software Module (BZX Multi-Stack Module) and a Secure License Code (BZX Hardware) to upgrade and activate the Fluorescence Microscope model BZ-X800E. This requirement is intended for award to: Keyence Corporation of America under the authority 6.302-2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) for this acquisition is 334516. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 7 days of publication (on/before 10 Feb 2020 at 3 pm EST).
