The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Opacity System on-going support, quarterly audits, clear stack calibration and EPA audits. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: The Services will be completed at the Charles George VA Medical Center (VAMC) - Charles George VA Medical Center 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC 28805 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option renewal periods, with a base year starting March 1, 2020 February 28, 2021 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Size Standard of $16.5 Million. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about January 31, 2020 via Contract Opportunities website via https://beta.sam.gov/. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
