The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires annual wall to wall inventory for their Health Care Network, Pharmacy VISN 6 Facilities, four HealthCare Centers and one Community Based Outpatient Clinic (hereafter referred to as VA, VAMC or the Government).
