Intent to Sole Source The Network Contracting Office 6-SAO EAST intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for Initial installation including Installation of 140 Traptex devices in commercial toilets-Sizing of up to 3,500 commercial toilets-7 cases of #7104 retrieval hooks-Training of facility staff for future installations as well as 1976 additional Traptex devices to Veteran s Healthcare Supply Solutions. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any vendor that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by January 10, 2020 11:00am (EST). Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, Network Contracting Office 6 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Veteran s Healthcare Supply Solutions as noted herein. Costs associated with the preparation and submission of information and/or any follow-up information requests are the responsibility of the vendor and these costs will not be reimbursed by the Government. Verbal and telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
