Notice: This advertisement is a notice for market research purposes and is not a specific solicitation of business. United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 100 Emancipation Drive, Bldg. 27, Hampton, VA 23667 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 4,347 ABOA square feet of clinical office space in the Greensboro, NC area. All space must be handicapped accessible in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other governing standards for persons with disabilities and must be sufficient to provide both visual and sound privacy for individual interviews, group counseling sessions, family interviews, conferences, etc. Ideally, adjacent properties will be for Professional Office use. Lease Term: A total of twenty (20) years. Delineated Area: Submitted properties must be located within the following delineated area. North Boundary: West Cone Blvd. to East Cone Blvd. South Boundary: Rte. 85 East Boundary: Rte. 840 West Boundary: Rte. 68 Additional Requirements: (1) Offered space must meet Federal and Local Government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards (2) A fully serviced lease may be required.
