The Department of Veteran Affairs Salem, Virginia Medical Center has a need for On-site Switchboard Operator Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and all other services necessary to provide on-site telephone switchboard operator services. The Government shall provide the facility, equipment and materials necessary to perform these tasks. The major telephone equipment provided shall consist of CISCO equipment. The materials provided shall include VA required forms, publications, logs and other records necessary to perform the services outlined in this contract. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about January 16, 2020 via Contract Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://beta.sam.gov/ The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The anticipated performance period is April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2020 with four (4) option years. The applicable NAICS code is 561421 with a size standard is $16.5 Million. This acquisition will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.
