Solicitation, 36C24620Q0131-1, will be issued on or about November 27, 2019. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham VA Medical Center, NC 27705 has a requirement for Snow Removal Services. Square footage available on appended document labeled Site Plan Map . The contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to clear snow and ice from identified roads and parking lots at the Durham VA Medical Center (DVAMC) located at 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. The period of performance for the resultant Requirements Contract (FAR 16.503) is for a five year ordering period of 27 December, 2019- 26 December 2024. Further, the ordering period is in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. This acquisition is advertised as full and open competition (Unrestricted), in which case, all interested parties are eligible to submit a quotation. The applicable NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is S218. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to paul.waite@va.gov .
