SYNOPSIS: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on the behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center has a need for EndoFlip system equipment. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. The manufacturer is Medtronic. Salient characteristics are listed in Section D of the attached solicitation. This requirement is for new equipment only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All offerors must be authorized distributors of the equipment. SOLICITATION: See attached solicitation 36C24619Q0886. This solicitation has been set-aside for SDVOSB. Offeror must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer, be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, and be registered on the Vendors Information Pages (PIV) website. Quotations shall include proposed unit prices, proposed extended prices, any prompt payment discount terms, any shipping charges, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, and DUNS number. If the equipment is on FSS contract, please provide FSS contract number. The Government shall consider quotes received by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, August 19, 2019.
