SYNOPSIS: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office, on the behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center has a need for brand name or equal to LG 28LV570M 28 Hospital Grade TVs with Nurse Call and Pillow Speaker. This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement. Salient characteristics are listed in Section D of the attached solicitation. This requirement is for new equipment only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All offerors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. SOLICITATION: See attached solicitation 36C24619Q0765. This solicitation has been set-aside for SDVOSB. Offeror must be an authorized distributor and be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, and the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website. Quotations shall include proposed unit prices, proposed extended prices, any prompt payment discount terms, any shipping charges, company name, and point of contact, address, phone number, tax identification number, and DUNS number. If requested items are on government contract, please state and provide GSA or FSS contract number. The Government will consider quotes received by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Monday July 8, 2019.
