The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking: Small Businesses (SB); VA certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) small business concerns. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to an acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Friday, June 21, 2019, 4:30PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, and the Durham Veteran Affairs Medical Center located: 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina, 27705 anticipates a requirement to replace the ASCO Horner OCS that s not currently working and is obsolete. Replace ASCO Horner OCS shall include: Replace existing Master Horner OIT with 24 Wonderware OIT and all software and parts needed to make fully operational. Replace existing Master 90-30 PLC with RX3i Include provisions for future connection to ASCO CPMS system Provide a temporary generator to maintain emergency power during project. GE Versamax NIU, IC200CPUE05 to replace existing Genius NIU. Ethernet Switch-Moxa EDS- 308 Replace existing Master Section front door with new door with provision (cutout) to reinstall existing door mounted components. Industrial Firewall- Moxa EDR-810 Revised drawings Additional components need to complete installations, i.e. power cords, terminal blocks, mounting brackets, etc. TB testing required.
